Identification (ID) cards will help to ensure that those on campus are supposed to be here, either in the student, faculty, or staff capacity. Employees will wear the ID cards, and students will carry the cards while on campus. Lanyards or clips will be provided for faculty and staff so that the ID cards can be worn while at work.

The ID cards will have a barcode on the back of the card that is actually the PeopleSoft identification number. This barcode will be utilized in the library to check out materials, bookstore to make purchases and return textbooks, and by any department that has the appropriate scanners to identify the students and employees.

What is needed in order to obtain the student ID?

A government-issued photo ID is required in order to obtain a student ID card.

ID center in Building C in the Library on the Main Campus, Glasgow Health Campus, Franklin-Simpson Center.

When can the ID card be obtained?

The ID center on the Main Campus is open between the hours of 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. Monday Friday. You can also visit from 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. on Monday evenings. For hours at the Glasgow Health campus, please call 270-901-1200. For the Franklin-Simpson Center, please call 270-901-1119.
