Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College Academic Complex

Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College (SKYCTC) has scheduled more in-person classes for the Fall 2021 semester. The semester will begin on Monday, August 16. In addition to a full slate of in-person classes, students will have the flexibility of selecting hybrid and online courses as well. SKYCTC will follow all KCTCS health and safety guidelines to provide the healthiest possible learning environment.

President and CEO, Dr. Phil Neal recognizes the importance of in-person learning for students who prefer it to online or distance learning. “We are extremely proud of the success that we have over the past year. Many lessons were learned, and we have some new practices that will impact our success going forward. There are new technologies and teaching methods that we adopted during this time that will continue to support our instruction in the future. We look forward to offering more of our courses in-person to allow for more interaction with each other and the faculty.”

Registration is open for the summer and fall 2021 terms. Those interested in taking a summer course or starting classes this fall should complete the admissions application at Returning students can contact their advisor to enroll in classes.

SKYCTC offers many academic programs that prepare students for rewarding careers at the lowest tuition rate in the state. Students can complete an Associate in Applied Science degree in high-wage, high-demand fields and go directly into the workforce. Transfer degrees are also available that allow the student to transfer and complete a bachelor’s degree.
