Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College Academic ComplexSouthcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College (SKYCTC) has scheduled more in-person classes for the Fall 2021 semester. The semester will begin on Monday, August 16. In addition to a full slate of in-person classes, students will have the flexibility of selecting hybrid and online courses as well. SKYCTC will follow all KCTCS health and safety guidelines to provide the healthiest possible learning environment.

Phi Beta Lambda members of SKYCTC stand in front of the Warming Tree, decorated with clothes items for the homeless.The Warming Tree is an example of how the Bowling Green community comes together to take care of its people. The Warming Tree is located by the walking bridge at the RiverWalk at Mitch McConnell Park. People can come and place donations for the homeless that live by the bridge. The tradition was started by Teresa Douglas in 2017. It was then taken over by her granddaughter Kimber Doyle in 2018 after her grandfather had lung cancer.
