Board of Directors Meeting
The Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College Board of Directors held a special called meeting Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 5:00 p.m at the SKYCTC Main Campus, 1845 Loop Drive, Bowling Green, KY.

Minutes
Call to Order
Chair treva Shirley called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m. and welcomed Board members and guests. She noted that Board members Dr. Patrick Klapheke and Valerie Brown were not present.
Executive Session
Chair Shirely moved that the Board go into executive session pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(f) - Individual Personnel Matters, a discussion that might lead to the appointment, discipline of an individual student, or termination of a n individual employee. Mr. Mike Reynolds seconded the motion, and the montion passed unanimously.
The Board entered into an open meeting at 6:58 p.m.
Adjournment
The metting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
