Jimmy Daniel Hoskins completed the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Mechanic diploma in 2024. 
Presently, he is working at Travis HVAC Service and Installation as a HVAC Technician.

Utilize all the resources available to you when you are in school, attend classes, and don’t be afraid to ask questions.

I started in manufacturing, but wanted to find a new career path, which is when I started at SKYCTC. I chose HVAC so I could work in an interesting trade. SKYCTC helped me obtain the knowledge and hands-on experience I needed to get a head start in the field.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE CURRENT STUDENTS INTERESTED IN PURSUING A CAREER IN YOUR PROFESSIONAL FIELD?
It’s a lot to learn and can be overwhelming at times, but don’t give up. Practice makes a professional.
