Elementary Education

In your Elementary Education classes, you will:

• Complete two years at SKYCTC and seamlessly transfer to a university to complete your bachelor's degree
• Take advantage of smaller classes and one-on-one attention
• Earn your Associate in Arts for less than half the cost of a university

SKYCTC to WKU Pathway

• Students will take the first two years at SKYCTC and earn 62 credit hours before continuing on to WKU to finish the Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. 
• Students must apply to WKU for Joint Admission before or during their first education pathway course. Students must have a WKU 800 number to proceed in the pathway. Being admitted to WKU in the beginning gives the student access to Praxis help when needed, and allows WKU instructors to document required forms, background checks, and observation hours in the WKU portal.
