How does SKYFlex meet employers needs?
SKYFlex is the solution for your employees who want to upgrade their skills for their current position or prepare for promotion. With less time required on campus, SKYCTC's SKYFlex model is perfect for working adults! SKYFlex is different from a hybrid model because students can move their SKYFlex lab day as needed to fit their work schedule.
Funds may be available to cover some or all of your employee's tuition costs, including but not limited to the Work Ready Kentucky Scholarship.
How does skyflex meet employees needs?
Most coursework is completed online via interactive learning tools. Each week, your employee (our student) will hone his or her skills in the online environment and then come to campus as little as one day a week for a hands-on lab with the instructor. As a result, students can move quickly through the material and get additional instructor help when needed. In addition, most of the programs in SKYFlex are eligible for the Work Ready Kentucky Scholarship Program that will pay 100% of the cost for those who qualify.
