SKYCTC receives donation from Gene Haas Foundation to support student scholarships

Southcentral Kentucky, [March 6 2024] — The Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College (SKYCTC) Foundation is thrilled to announce the receipt of a generous grant of $15,000 from the Gene Haas Foundation. This grant is designated to support student scholarships for individuals enrolled in Computerized Manufacturing and Machining programs at the college.

The Gene Haas Foundation is renowned for its commitment to advancing skills in the machining industry. By providing scholarship grants, sponsoring individual and team CNC competitions, and partnering with esteemed CNC training programs globally, the Foundation aims to enhance the availability of high-quality manufacturing technology training worldwide.
