
SKYCTC Foundation Announces New Members to the Board of Directors

BOWLING GREEN, KY. – The Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College Foundation Board of Directors has elected two new members to join the Board, each serving a three-year term. New members are Monica Wardlow, Financial Center Manager at German American Bank, and Dr. Tracey Young, Director of Grants and Community Outreach for Warren County Public Schools.
Wardlow brings more than twenty years of experience in the financial sector to the SKYCTC Foundation Board. A committed advocate for education and workforce development, she also serves on the Board of Directors for the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce and Junior Achievement of South Central Kentucky, where she champions community engagement initiatives and promotes financial literacy in local classrooms.
For more than three decades, Dr. Young has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the Bowling Green–Warren County community through her professional achievements and volunteer service. Her work has focused on addressing the needs of the community’s most vulnerable populations, particularly children and youth. She has held leadership roles with the Family Enrichment Center, Barren River Area Child Advocacy Center, the Foundry Christian Community Center, and WKU’s Campus Child Care Center.
In addition to welcoming new members, the Foundation announced its 2025-26 officers. Roddy Grimes, President and CEO of Stewart Richey, will serve a second term as Chairman. Steve Allen, CEO of CGS Machine & Tool, has been named Vice Chairman for the second year; Steve Sinclair, retired CFO of Graves Gilbert Clinic, will serve as Treasurer; and Jeff Ranger, attorney with Bell Orr Ayers & Moore, will serve as Secretary.
“I am pleased to welcome these new board members”, said Heather Rogers, Executive Director of the SKYCTC Foundation. “These individuals bring a wealth of experience and expertise in their fields and will be tremendous assets to the Foundation as we further our mission to generate resources that support student access and success at Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College and contribute to the overall advancement of our communities.”
The SKYCTC Foundation’s Board of Directors is comprised of individuals from the business, industry, education and volunteer communities of southcentral Kentucky. It is the Board’s responsibility to provide counsel and guidance in the direction and operation of the Foundation as well as to raise awareness of the College’s programs.
