BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (August 14, 2025) – Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College (SKYCTC) welcomed TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital employees to its Main Campus on Thursday, August 14 as they delivered a generous donation in support of the College’s Culture of Caring Hygiene Basket Project, as part of the United Way Day of Caring.

“We are so thrilled to receive this generous donation from TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital to help fill our Hygiene Baskets,” said SKY representative Megan Saling.  “We have 26 baskets in different bathrooms across our 6 locations and this donation will help support students’ basic needs. This is just one small thing to help with some barriers that our students face.”

The Culture of Caring Hygiene Basket Project is a faculty-led initiative that provides free hygiene products in bathrooms across campus, ensuring all students have access to essential items. The goal is to remove barriers and support student success by meeting basic needs with dignity and discretion.
