SKYCTC Foundation Announces New Member and Officers to the Board of Directors

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College Foundation has appointed Brandi West to its Foundation Board of Directors for a three-year term. West serves as the Vice President of Human Resources, Marketing & Philanthropy for Med Center Health. A Western Kentucky University alumna, she brings over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience to the board. In her role, West remains dedicated to elevating regional healthcare by championing and supporting frontline patient care providers.

Along with welcoming West, the Foundation announced its 2026–27 officers. Steve Allen, CEO of CGS Machine & Tool, will serve a two-year term as Chairman. Joining him are Jeff Ranger, attorney with Bell Orr Ayers & Moore, as Vice Chairman; Steve Sinclair, retired CFO of Graves Gilbert Clinic, as Treasurer; and Cindy Lawrence, Chief Financial Officer with Bluegrass Supply Chain, as Secretary.

“I am pleased to welcome our new board leadership,” said Heather Rogers, Executive Director of the SKYCTC Foundation. “These individuals bring a wealth of experience and expertise in their fields. They will be tremendous assets to the Foundation as we further our mission to generate resources that support student access and success at SKYCTC and contribute to the overall advancement of our communities.”

The SKYCTC Foundation’s Board of Directors is comprised of individuals from the business, industry, education and volunteer communities of southcentral Kentucky. It is the Board’s responsibility to provide counsel and guidance in the direction and operation of the Foundation as well as to raise awareness of the College’s programs.
