
SKYCTC to host Spring Festival April 21, 2026

Bowling Green, KY – Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College (SKYCTC) will host its annual Spring Festival on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the College’s Main Campus, located at 1845 Loop Drive in Bowling Green. The event will take place in the central campus courtyard.
The theme for this year’s festival is “Bloom Bash,” a vibrant color fest celebrating the arrival of spring, community, and creativity.
The Spring Festival will feature a variety of activities for students and the community, including carnival-style games hosted by student clubs and organizations, as well as informational tables from both campus groups and local community organizations.
Each SKYCTC student will receive 10 free tickets to participate in games. Additional tickets will be available for purchase at a cost of 25 cents each or five for one dollar. Students may also bring a small travel size hygiene product to receive two additional free tickets.
Festival highlights include:
- Free food and entertainment
- Tree giveaway supporting urban reforestation efforts
- Sidewalk chalk contest (advance registration required at https://bit.ly/4bQSLpt; chalk supplies provided)
- Games hosted by student organizations
- Free SKYCTC promotional items
This free event is open to the public, and everyone is invited to join SKYCTC students, faculty, and staff in celebrating Earth Day, diversity, and the arrival of spring.
