Dr. Brooke Justice

Dr. Brooke Justice serves as the Interim President and CEO of Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in higher education. Justice has served in various roles throughout her nearly 20-year career in higher education. Her passion for the community college began at Bowling Green Technical College, which later grew into SKYCTC. She has extensive experience in higher education including the areas of strategic enrollment management, academic success and student pathways.

Justice earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Western Kentucky University and her doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Kentucky.

“I’m really humbled to serve as interim president, and I thank Dr. Quarles and his staff for this wonderful opportunity,” said Justice.

“Achieving student success is at the core of my professional career. From supporting basic needs to celebrating each accomplishment along the way, I value the importance of the community college in the higher education spectrum,” Justice said. “We have a great responsibility to the students that we serve to provide a quality education and improve their overall quality of life.”
