  • Number of Individuals Educated and Trained Each Year
    • Annual Unduplicated Headcount in:
      • Academic Credit: Dual Credit, Transfer AA/AS/AFA, Technical AAS
      • Non-Credit: Industry Training, Adult Education, Fire Commission, Adult Agriculture, Assessment Centers, Professional and Community Education
  • Percentage of Graduates Employed in Kentucky Companies
    • KY STATS percent of graduates working in Kentucky companies 3-years after graduation
      • Compares KCTCS to public and private Kentucky baccalaureate institution graduates
  • Fall Delivered Credit Hours
    • Fall 2026 Target: 60,000 Credit Hours
  • Fall to Spring Retention
    • Fall 2026-Spring 2027 Retention Target: 77%

Goals:

  • Increase IPEDS Graduation Rate
    • IPEDS 150% graduation rate ranked amongst all 50 states
  • Increase Credentials Awarded in Key Industry Sectors
    • Healthcare, Manufacturing and Logistics, Education, Construction, Professional Scientific and technical Services; Agriculture, Energy Business Services, Retail, etc.
  • Increase Facilities and Instructional Efficiency
    • Calculates campus facilities/building utilization, class fill rates, financial health, etc.
    • Public dollars used per FTE or graduate (amongst states with no local property tax support)
