Bookstore
SKYCTC is transitioning bookstore and course material services to a new provider. As part of this change, Barnes & Noble College will continue operating campus bookstores for the Spring 2026 semester, while preparations begin for our new partner, BibliU. The SKYCTC Bookstore is located at Main Campus, Building H.
To place an order, go to the Bookstore site linked below. Before you continue to the Bookstore website, take a moment to check out the step-by-step directions for ordering books.
Good to Know:
- Avoid the lines by shipping your books directly to you. Check your email for order confirmation. Processing time can take longer during peak yours. Please choose Ground Shipping and not expedited.
- Please select your Campus as Southcentral KY CTC, unless your classes are through another campus.
- Does your class schedule Selection number start with anything other than 10 or 11 (example: 10XX or 11XX)? If so, you are enrolled in a course from a campus other than SKYCTC. When ordering online, choose “KCTCS Online” as your campus (not Southcentral CTC). Choose Southcentral KY CTC if section begins with 10xx or 11xx.
- You can select multiple campuses and order all your college materials at once!
Financial aid can be used on our website during the financial aid open period. - Beginning in Summer 2026, students will order course charge materials through BibliU. More information will be forthcoming.

- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Friday - 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Special Hours:
- Fridays, January 9, 16, and 23 open 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Saturday, January 10, open 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Monday, January 12 & Tuesday, January 13 open 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Rental Books and Buyback
- Spring buyback is available online.
- Rentals are not available at this time.
GRADUATION
- Graduation regalia (cap/gown/stole) can be purchased using Financial Aid January 5-21 so you can buy early!

- Graduations are held in May and December 15 (see Graduation page)

BibliU Transition
Our goal is to make this transition as smooth and stress-free as possible for students, faculty, and staff. During Spring 2026, you will still purchase your course materials through Barnes & Noble as usual. Additional updates will be shared as we move closer to the launch of our new campus store services.
What to expectFor the Spring 2026
- Textbook purchases: Both hard copy and digital textbooks will be available through the Barnes & Noble campus bookstore.
- Textbook rentals: Digital rentals will be available; however, hard copy textbook rentals will not be offered for Spring 2026.
- Buyback: The Barnes & Noble online buyback program will remain available for Spring.
- Graduation regalia: Regalia may be ordered online and shipped directly to you. Limited quantities may be available in campus stores.
- Course charge program: Beginning in Summer 2026, course charge materials will be ordered through BibliU. Additional details will be shared before the transition.
- May 8, 2026: Last day of business for Barnes & Noble campus stores.
- May 11–22, 2026: Campus bookstore locations closed during transition.
- May 20–31, 2026: BibliU prepares new campus store locations.
- June 1, 2026: BibliU campus stores open.
