In-person Meetings
No appointment is needed to meet in person with Admission, Financial Aid, Billing, or Veteran Services. Please walk in during regular business hours for service. New students who want to register for classes should use the advising registration link sent to them via their acceptance email and text message. For questions about the acceptance email, please contact sky-admission@kctcs.edu.
Schedule a phone call/virtual service
No appointment is needed to call our Student Services offices during the regular business day at (270) 901-1000! However, if you prefer to schedule a specific time to speak with Admission, Financial Aid, Billing, or the Career & Academic Planning Center, please click on the "appointment form" link below. We will call you at the time you select.
- Go to the appointment form.
- Select the location "Virtual Appointment."
- Select a service.
- Our staff will call you at the time you select using the number you provided in the appointment request.
- Please add comments if you want to speak to more than one department during your appointment.
