Payment Plans
SKYCTC offers affordable interest-free monthly payment plans through Nelnet Business Solutions (NBS). Make college more affordable by paying for tuition and charges over time. Tuition payment plans break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments. There's no interest, payment options are flexible, setup fees are affordable, and it's easy to enroll! Students and their parents have the option of choosing a semester payment plan for the current semester in which the student is enrolled.
Fall 2026

It’s Easy to Enroll:
- Disable pop-up blockers!
- Login to Student Self Service
- Click the Account Balance tile
- Click on Make a Payment
- Select Setup Official Payment Plan from the drop-down menu then click Confirm
- From this point, the student will Create an Account with NBS. The payment plan is not complete until the student reads and accepts the Terms & Conditions, clicks the Authorize button, and receives confirmation.
Balance Adjustments
NBS does not have access to SKYCTC student account information. Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through MyPaymentPlan.com or call the SKYCTC Business Office Cashier at (270) 901-1120 to confirm the change. For additional help, please call NBS at (800) 609-8056.
Enrollment Fees
A non-refundable application fee of $30 is required with each enrollment each semester. Please expect this fee to be processed immediately in addition to the required down payment for the chosen payment plan.
Returned Payments
A returned payment fee of $25 will be assessed by Nelnet Business Solutions.
