Dual Credit Enrollment Agreement

Thank you for submitting your dual credit enrollment request. Requests are processed in the order received. Public and private school student transcripts must be uploaded by your guidance counselor; SKYCTC dual credit staff will make that request. Please log-in to My Path, Student Self-Service, Student Profile to view your most updated schedule of classes. Registration shows up in Self-Service as soon as it is processed.
